James Pereira is our Residential Estimator. He has been with Pierce Florcraft since 2009 in varying capacities. James is a fantastic problem solver and a “we will figure it out” kind of guy.
Once you have decided on the flooring you would like installed, we will schedule an estimate with James. An estimate is necessary to determine where you want the flooring to go, how it will be installed, and if what you have picked, is appropriate for the area.
It’s a great time to discuss who is doing what. Will the customer remove base, furniture etc. Or will you need Pierce Florcraft to do this for you?
James will talk to you about floor preparations and if your current subfloor meets manufacturer requirements for the new floor you have picked.
You will receive your Estimate by Email. If you have any questions, please talk to James. If you like what you see, please call the store with a deposit. This confirms our contract with you.
